SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $120. Orders under $120 are charged at a flat rate:
North Island - $10 per order
South Island - $12 per order
We use NZ Post for our shipping.
Delivery Time frame
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.
Once dispatched the Courier company may take up to 3 days depending on your location.
When your order has been processed and is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within this time or if for any reason you are unhappy with your parcel please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you further.

During sale or promotional periods, our dispatch and delivery times may be delayed due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience as our team works to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this stage we do not ship Internationally.
Tracking your order
If you have received a tracking number from New Zealand Post, please refer to the New Zealand Post website HERE to receive further tracking information.
Please be aware that whilst we will pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot account for any delays your order might experience once in the hands of New Zealand Post.

Click & Collect
If you are local we offer Click & Collect from our studio in Judea, Tauranga.
Please select the Pick up option at the checkout.
You will receive an email or text confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
Please collect your order within 48 hours of receiving this notification.
Please note: You can not pick up your order until you receive this notification. It will also provide the exact address for pick up.
Change or cancel an online order
If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched we can help you to change or cancel your order.

However once your order has been packed, or with the courier company we will not be able to change or cancel your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or receive an unwanted gift.
We are unable to resell your returned products in order to ensure product integrity.
You may receive an exchange or credit where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or does not do what it is supposed to do. These products must be returned within 30 days.

Customer Reactions
All care should be taken to use the products using the instructions on the product. Please ensure that you follow the directions and dosage as instructed on the label.
Should you find you have a reaction to an ingredient, please stop the use of the product immediately and if necessary, seek medical advice.

Incorrect Items Received
All care is taken when completing your order for shipment.
If you find there has been an oops in the packing, please email info.aroma.nz@gmail.com for further assistance.
Damaged in transit
All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse.
Once your package has left our warehouse, Aromawellness is not responsible for damages incurred.
